Suitable for pumping and dosing low or high viscous, pasty, pure, neutral, aggressive or abrasive liquids, those containing gases or which tend to froth or those containing solids.
They can also be used as a vacuum pump in evaporating plants.

• Capable of dry running and dry self-priming up to 6.0 m. suitable also as a vacuum pump.
• Hose and all moving parts silicone grease lubricated.
• The adjustable pressure rollers with ball bearing care for a gentle compression of the pump hose in the patented
• The pumped liquid goes through the pump hose without any contact with the mechanical parts.
• Sizes from N5 to N10 are also available with flanged connections (DIN, ANSI, TRI-CLAMPS, etc.)
Operation
Two rollers on a rotor compress alternating with each other a thick-walled hose ina patented concentric guide and push on account of the rotation the content of the hose (the pumped liquid) from the suction to the discharge side. Through the subsequent opening of the hose a vacuum on the suction side is created by
which a continuous aspiration results.
For sizes N1-N4, the rotor is supported by oversized ball bearings located inside the pump casing, while for sizes N5-N10 it is supported by the heavy-duty bearings of the flanged geared reducer.
